Medical purified water equipment is designed and documented for pharmaceutical production, hospital central supply, haemodialysis centres and medical device manufacturing, where water quality is directly linked to patient safety.

The full system uses 316L sanitary stainless steel with orbital welded, fully drainable pipework and no dead legs. Storage tanks are fitted with sanitary breather filters and spray balls; the distribution loop runs continuously with UV sterilisation and can be sanitised by hot water or ozone.

We supply an accompanying documentation package — P&ID, material certificates, welding records, surface finish reports and IQ/OQ templates — to support GMP inspection and validation.

Sanitisation ready

Hot water sanitisation up to 85 °C or ozone sanitisation with UV destruction is available as standard options.

Continuous circulation

Loop velocity above 1 m/s with online conductivity and TOC monitoring prevents stagnation and microbial growth.
