A chemical dosing device delivers precisely metered chemical solutions into a water stream. Typical duties include antiscalant and reducing agent before RO, PAC / PAM coagulant before clarification, acid or alkali for pH correction, sodium hypochlorite for disinfection, and oxygen scavenger for boilers.
Each skid integrates a PE or stainless solution tank, an agitator, metering pump(s), pulsation damper, back-pressure and safety relief valves, calibration column and pressure gauge on a compact base plate.
Dosing rate can be set manually, driven proportionally by a flow signal, or closed-loop controlled by an online pH / ORP / residual chlorine analyser.
