Water for injection equipment produces sterile, pyrogen-free water by multi-effect distillation of qualified purified water. Each effect works at descending pressure so that latent heat is recovered repeatedly, giving very high steam economy.
The columns, preheaters and condensers are manufactured from 316L stainless steel with sanitary joints. A rising film + gravity separation structure removes droplets and bacterial endotoxin efficiently, and the distillate is delivered to an insulated hot storage and distribution loop held above 80 °C.
Pure steam generators can be supplied on the same skid to serve autoclaves and SIP requirements, sharing the same purified water feed and control platform.

Insulated 80 °C+ storage and circulation loop with sanitary diaphragm valves prevents microbial growth entirely.
Automatic conductivity diversion
Out-of-specification distillate is automatically diverted to drain until quality is recovered.
