Hard water deposits calcium and magnesium scale on boiler tubes, heat exchangers, RO membranes and nozzles, wasting energy and shortening equipment life. An ion-exchange softener replaces the hardness ions with sodium, removing scaling potential completely.
Our softeners use a multi-port automatic control valve (time, volume or hardness triggered) with high-quality strong acid cation resin in FRP or stainless steel vessels. Single, twin-alternating and multi-tank configurations provide continuous soft water 24 hours a day.
Regeneration is fully automatic with an integrated brine tank and salt level alarm; downflow and upflow counter-current regeneration are both available for lower salt consumption.
