Our filling machines complete the packaged water production chain: after purification, the 3-in-1 monoblock rinses, fills and caps PET bottles in one continuous rotary motion under a stainless steel hygienic enclosure.
Filling is by gravity or isobaric valve with accurate liquid level control, servo capping torque control and automatic bottle-missing / cap-missing rejection. Format change between bottle sizes is quick with change parts.
For 5-gallon barrel water, we supply semi-automatic and automatic lines including barrel decapping, brush washing, inside-outside rinsing, filling, capping and shrink-sleeve labelling.
