Precision machined and surface-treated aerospace components cannot tolerate ionic residue or particles after rinsing, and the plant needed guaranteed availability during production shifts.
Engineered Solution
- Duplex pre-treatment trains allowing maintenance without shutdown
- Double-stage reverse osmosis with automatic flush and CIP circuit
- Mixed-bed polishing for final ionic removal
- Buffer tank plus circulating loop with UV sterilisation
